In September 2019, I was proud to invest $10M to Women Building Futures. A non-profit organization dedicated to helping more women find careers in the trades. This invest worked to help  address the growing shortage of skilled tradespeople in Alberta. As well, it will empower more women to purse rewarding careers in industries where women are traditionally underrepresented.
